Constructive needed its CART procurement platform built quickly. As a startup, it couldn’t build fast in-house, and hiring a team would have been slow and costly.
Managing several contractors would have slowed things down, so Constructive wanted one team for the whole build.
The MVP had to reach early adopters.
During the work, Constructive also switched its front-end stack to Tailwind CSS and Gatsby, and the design had to survive the change intact.
What we built
We worked inside Constructive’s team and suggested product improvements beyond the original scope.
We designed and built the UX and UI for 12+ pages: invoicing, project tracking, lead management, service publishing, vendor listings and registration.
We designed the architecture to scale long term and tested every user flow before handoff.
The result
Constructive launched its MVP and reached the market faster, without hiring in-house or managing several contractors.
The CART platform made procurement easier for vendors and utilities.
The switch to Tailwind CSS and Gatsby went smoothly. We kept supporting the product as Constructive’s needs grew.
