PearlX case study: One portal for owners and residents, with separate permissions

Industries · Energy and utilities
We’ve built a customer portal and a procurement platform for energy and utilities startups, and stayed on after launch.

Owners and residents needed one portal, with different permissions.

Several contractors would have slowed the procurement platform down.

Constructive switched its front end to Tailwind CSS and Gatsby; the design had to survive it.

An energy storage company that builds and runs its own sites asked us to design one app for service requests, work orders, site visits and reports.
We mapped the work and built a clickable prototype that carries one job from the first request to a locked site report.
The client is reviewing it now. If it goes ahead, the next step is a production pilot.
