Architecture and development before a full team existed
Confinity is a Delaware company building a private platform where families capture milestones, organize memories and preserve stories across generations.

| Area | Before | After |
|---|---|---|

| Engineering | No in-house team | Amalgam engineers alongside the founders |
The problem

As a seed-stage company, Confinity needed someone to lead the architecture, plus day-to-day product development and help preparing to raise money, without hiring too early.
Fundraising ran alongside early product and technical decisions.
Going from concept to working product couldn’t mean passing work between freelancers, and support had to keep up as priorities shifted.
What we built
Amalgam engineers, including Oleg and Ruben, built the platform alongside the founders, from the application structure up.
We also helped the founders explain the technical plan to investors.
We stayed on call to work through product tradeoffs, clear blockers and adjust the plan.
The result
Confinity moved from an early concept to a defined application structure it can build on.
The founders got hands-on technical help from day one. Decisions moved faster with one technical team close to the work.
