Agents are already writing code, answering customers, making decisions. The teams that win next won't be the ones with the biggest models. They'll be the ones with the clearest systems.
We've seen the pattern — a great demo, a frantic launch, six months of rework. We'd rather ship in week three with a plan you can still run in month six.
If your compliance team can't defend it, it shouldn't be in production. Not eventually. Not ever.
Every system we build assumes a human is in the loop at the right moment — approving, escalating, overriding. Not watching dashboards. Making calls.

Architecture maps. Eval harnesses. Release checklists. Dashboards your team can read at 2am. We're not trying to stay. We're trying to be worth recommending.
We don't need to dress the work up. A shipped feature beats a better deck every time. If we're explaining ourselves in slides, we've already lost the room.
If we say we'll email you on Tuesday, we email you on Tuesday. If we say a system can handle it, the system can handle it. We'd rather say less and be right.

We'd rather lose a fee than sell you a plan you can't use.
