# Amalgam

> Amalgam is a software development company in Chesterbrook, PA. We design, build and run software for our clients, using AI agents with a named engineer approving every change. Building software since 2012.

We work closely with each client, and every project starts by learning how their business runs, before anyone writes code. AI agents do research and first drafts of code and tests, under engineer review. Three packages (Maestro, Forge, Dynamo) cover planning, building and long-term support.

XESO is the product Amalgam builds and runs: add a source, ask a question, check the citation, and save the useful answer with your notes. Work and Workbench are on its roadmap and are not available today.
